Gorgonzola Butter


How to Prepare

   Gorgonzola cheese (1 cup)

   Butter (10 tbsp. – softened)

   Roasted garlic (1 clove – minced)

   Parsley (½ tsp. – finely chopped)

  1.  Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well with wooden spoon spatula for 2 – 3 minutes. 
  2. Let sit for at least an hour before serving to let all flavors marry together. Enjoy!
