Italian Hummus


How to Prepare

   Garlic (3 cloves – rough chopped)

   Vito & Joe’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil

   Fresh ground black pepper

   Lemon (1)

   Canned chickpeas (6 cups – drained and        rinsed)

   Tahini (1 cup)



  1. In a food processor, put the chickpeas, juice of 1 lemon, garlic cloves, tahini, ¾ a teaspoon of salt, ½ a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, and a ¼ cup of Vito & Joe’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 
  2. Blend for a couple of minutes until smooth.
    1. Make sure all the ingredients are full incorporated and scraped from the sides. Enjoy!
