How to Prepare
Lemon juice (2 tbsp.)
Vito & Joe’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 cup)
Freshly ground black pepper
Egg yolks (2)
Mustard (1 tbsp.)
- In a food processor, add the egg yolks and mustard
- Slowly drizzle Vito & Joe’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil into the food processor and continue mixing.
- Add salt, freshly ground pepper and lemon juice.
- Continue to mix until mayonnaise is formed and mixture is silky smooth. Enjoy!
