Bellini: Italian Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 small jars of peach puree or baby food

  • 1 tsp. sugar

  • 1 peach, sliced into small wedges

  • Bottle of Proseco, chilled

How to Prepare

  1. Add peach puree or baby food and 1. tsp. sugar to a small bowl. Mix together.

  2. Add 2 tbsp. each of the peach puree and sugar mixture to a Champagne flute and top with Proseco.

  3. Add a peach wedge for garnish, and enjoy!
