How to Prepare
Flour (1 1/2 cups)
Butter (4 tbsp.)
Milk (2 cups)
- First, in a mixing bowl, add in flour, mixed eggs, milk and then whisk.
- Add butter whilst whisking.
- Using a crepe maker or a frying pan, melt butter on top, and then spoon in the batter.
- Using a spreader, spread the crepe out and wait for it to brown.
- Flip the crepe over using a spatula and brown the other side. Enjoy!
