Cannoli Filling or Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Impastata - Ricotta Cheese (dried with cheesecloth)

  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar

  • ⅓ cup Mascarpone Cheese

  • 1 Medium Lemon Rind

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • Nutmeg

  • Pinch of Pink Himalayan

  • Mini Chocolate Chips (of choice)

How to Prepare

  1. Combine all of the ingredients (minus the chocolate chips) and whip them at medium speed until the cheese is smooth and blended.

  2. With a spatula, fold in the mini chocolate chips.

  3. Either pipe the filling into the cannoli or serve as a dip for the cannoli. Enjoy!
