Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • Mascarpone cheese (1 ½ lbs. / 24 oz.)

  • Confectionary sugar (2 cups)

  • Heavy cream (1/3 cup)

  • Vanilla (1 – 2 tsp.)

How to Prepare

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream the cheese and the powdered sugar together on a slow speed until the ingredients are incorporated.

  2. Add in the heavy cream and the vanilla.

  3. Mix on a low speed for about 2 minutes. Enjoy!
