Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of Flour  

  • 4 tbsp. of Butter  

  • 4 Eggs  

  •  2 cups of Milk

How to Prepare

  1. First, in a mixing bowl, add in flour, mixed eggs, milk and then whisk.

  2. Add butter whilst whisking.

  3. Using a crepe maker or a frying pan, melt butter on top, and then spoon in the batter.

  4. Using a spreader, spread the crepe out and wait for it to brown.

  5. Flip the crepe over using a spatula and brown the other side.
