Cream Cheese Frosting


How to Prepare

   Mascarpone cheese (1 ½ lbs. / 24 oz.)

   Confectionary sugar (2 cups)

   Heavy cream (1/3 cup)

   Vanilla (1 – 2 tsp.)


  1. In a mixing bowl, cream the cheese and the powdered sugar together on a slow speed until the ingredients are incorporated.
  2. Add in the heavy cream and the vanilla. 
  3. Mix on a low speed for about 2 minutes. Enjoy!
