Whipped Cream


How to Prepare

   Heavy whipping cream (1 qt.)

   Powdered sugar (2 tbsp.)

   Vanilla (1 tsp.)

   Nutmeg (dash)

   Salt (pinch)


  1. Place a large glass bowl, the beaters and the heavy cream to ensure that become very cold. 
  2. Put the cream in a bowl and slowly beat for 5 – 6 minutes.
  3. Add the nutmeg, salt, vanilla and powdered sugar.
  4. Slowly beat until all the ingredients are incorporated. 
  5. Turn up the speed to high and beat until the desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!
