Whipped Custard Topping


How to Prepare

   Egg yolks (8)

   Vanilla (1 tbsp.)

   Nutmeg (just a pinch)

   Sugar (8 tbsp.)


  1. Beat the egg yolks, vanilla, sugar and nutmeg together on medium to medium-high speed for 8 – 10 minutes.
    1. Until it becomes creamy and foamy. 
  2. Serve on your favorite hot coffee beverage. Enjoy!
