The Sgroppino Puglian Style Cocktail


How to Prepare

   Prosecco wine (2 oz. per glass)

   Limoncello (1 oz. per glass)

   Heavy cream (4 oz.)

   Gelato – vanilla (24 oz.)

  1.  First, in a large bowl add in gelato, limoncello and the heavy cream.
  2.  Mix the ingredients.
  3. Using a hand blender, blend until smooth. 
  4. Add presecco and stir with a spoon.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve. Enjoy!
