Italian Hummus

Ingredients

  • Garlic (3 cloves – rough chopped)

  • Vito & Joe’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Fresh ground black pepper

  • Lemon (1)

  • Canned chickpeas (6 cups – drained and rinsed)

  • Tahini (1 cup)

  • Salt

How to Prepare

  1. In a food processor, put the chickpeas, juice of 1 lemon, garlic cloves, tahini, ¾ a teaspoon of salt, ½ a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, and a ¼ cup of Vito & Joe’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

  2. Blend for a couple of minutes until smooth.

  3. Make sure all the ingredients are full incorporated and scraped from the sides. Enjoy!
