Fried Pizza


How to Prepare

1 lb Pizza Dough 

2 cups Pizza Sauce

1 lb Mozzarella

3 – 4 Basil Leaves 

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Thyme

½ inch Olive Oil



  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Add about a ½ inch of olive oil to a pan and heat it up
  3. Take your pizza dough and cut it into 4 equal seized pieces
  4. Roll the pieces out to make them into miniature pizzas
  5. Using tongs, place the dough into the oil until it is golden brown
    1. Turn the dough to cook evenly
  6. Remove and place on a plate to season
  7. Use a little bit of salt and pepper to season the dough
  8. For the sauce, cut the basil leaves into thin pieces and add them into the pizza sauce
  9. Spread the sauce on top of the miniature pizzas 
  10. Add mozzarella, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil
    1. Basil leaves can be added on for additional flavor onto the sauce
  11. Put the pizzas in the oven for at least 10 minutes
  12. Once done, take the miniature pizzas out of the oven and place a basil leaf on top of each pizza
