Poached Eggs

Ingredients

  • Water (gently boiling)

  • Eggs

  • Lemon (1 whole lemon)

How to Prepare

  1. Bring water to a gentle boil and add lemon juice to the hot water. Stir.

  2. Crack a whole egg into a clear glass dish.

  3. Stir the water until you cause a whirlpool and gently put the egg into the middle of the whirlpool

  4. After about 2 -3 minutes, delicately scoop out the egg. Enjoy!
