Tomatoes on the vine
Mozzarella (1 lb.)
Vito & Joe’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Slice the tomatoes into ¼ inch slices and spread along a plate.
- Take half of the mozzarella and slice into wedges.
- Spread the mozzarella slices on top of the tomato slices.
- Spread some pesto among the tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Drizzle some olive oil on the salad.
- Add presto on top of each mozzarella wedge.
- Sprinkle some Vito & Joe’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil around the edge of the plate
- Add some ground pepper on top for extra flavoring.
- Wait to add some salt until right before serving. Enjoy!
