1 lb Pizza Dough
1/4 lb Capocollo
1/4 lb Salami
1/4 lb Prosouto
1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup shredded Provolone Cheese
How to Prepare:
Pre-Heat Oven to 400 degrees.
Cover the cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Spread olive oil to top of paper before placing dough.
Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle shape.
Begin layering the meats on pizza dough.
Sprinkle cheeses over the meat
Use edge of paper to help you roll into burrito shape.
Drizzle olive oil on top of the roll
Sprinkle salt and pepper to top of the roll.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Turn every 10 minutes in oven till golden brown .
Cut into pieces – traditionally 1 – 1 .5 inches each.
Let stromboli cool and enjoy!
